Greg was knowledgeable found the issue and explained the warranty procedure in detail. Would definitely recommend. Only issues was the cost. Paschal uses flat rate pricing so it cost me over $350 for about an hours work to change out actuator on expansion valve in Samsung mini split system. Unit working great now.

Johnny was courteous, friendly, punctual, and professional. He thoroughly inspected the thermostat, duct work, and the HVAC units inside and outside, changed my A/C filter, replaced a wire outside that went to the unit that had been damaged by UV exposure, answered all of my questions, and provided an estimate for some optional preventative maintenance. He even checked my gas fireplace for a leak I had been told by another company I had. The service call was at no cost because of the contract I have with Paschal.

We've had Logan come out about 3-4 times all with great results. Saved us money, and did some trouble shooting for us along the way. Had several techs come out for an issue we couldn't get resolved and he had it completely fixed first visit. Highly recommend.

Tech Troy Warr gets 5 stars for knowledge, thoroughness, with pictures of our system & work done. We have been "members" for a couple of years (monthly fee cheaper than per maintenance visit plus perks). I removed 1 star for Paschal's summer scheduling practice: the last 2 years has been to request I put off my scheduled summer maintenance to give them wiggle room for anticipated seasonal emergencies. I pay for membership partly to avoid my own emergency! I stay with them because of the competency of their techs. Troy Warr is at the top of my list.

And I’ve also had Team members Mitchel and John come install a new HVAC system. Both men were very professional and considerate. They worked diligently and completed the job in good time.

Then I’ve also had Alex and Eddie from the plumbing team come and do a hot water tank flush, plus, look over my indoor plumbing fixtures. Both young men were polite and professional and very helpful!

Trey came to install the faucet and toilet and he was great. Again very polite and professional.

Jake to the rescue! I purchased new appliances and the company that came to do the set up could not install the dishwasher because of a valve issue, so I called Paschal. Jake was able to come same day to do the repair. He offered to install the new dishwasher and did a fantastic job. He even cleaned the mess the other company left behind. I would 100% recommend Paschal.

Dequan was quickly able to tell that my service line to the barn did not have a problem like i thaught. So after what he checked i can go from there and fix my problem on the air compressor.
