Eric from Paschal & Air came yesterday the 24th and install a surge protector on my AC. He was well manner and polite. One thing for sure he knew his job responsibilities. Well done Eric! I asked about how surges worked, he didn't mind explaining.

I had a great representative from Pascal today to come and do my second check of my air-conditioning unit and my heat unit.
His name was Cole and he was awesome. He came in and introduced himself told me what he was going to do and then he did it very efficiently changed my filter for the air conditioner. He found a part that wasn’t working so he switched it out. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and he got here and he got his work done and he left. I highly recommend Pascal as your new air conditioning maintenance They have a good unit reasonably priced. They maintain it twice a year. I am so very glad that I got my new unit when I did My electric bill has been cut in half so if you’re thinking about replacing your air conditioner, I would definitely give Pascal a call.

Look more further! Our AC went out when it was 106 last week. I called past school, never spoke to a human which typically annoys me. However, it was by far and away the best AI experience I have ever had. It gave me four time lots that same day and told me the person who would be at my house and that they would call 15 minutes prior to your arrival I believe one was our technician, and he was so friendly and acknowledge. The company, everything about it, could not be more happy!

My technician was quick to see what was wrong and quick to fix it.

The service man "Joey" did our yearly A/C maintenance thoroughly and quickly and was very nice..

Friendly and knowledgeable.

Zayn performed our yearly HVAC inspection. He did a fine job and let us know that there were a couple of areas we should consider having repaired in the near future. He also provided us with the cost of having our hot water tank flushed. We were very pleased with Zayn.

The crew did a great job moving the electrical for the new water heater, running new water lines, replacing a toilet, and installing new faucets. The crew was very professional and cleaned everything up at the end of the job.

Colton is awesome! He deserves a 10% increase! Also, Paschal is so helpful and they are quick to service and do a great job when servicing! 100% recommend!

I called Paschal at 3:00 in the afternoon and in just a few hours Greg was at my door. Greg was beyond friendly and professional. He very quickly diagnosed my problem and then patiently explained my options. My problem was then resolved in a very short time. He also discussed and implemented with me a maintenance agreement to prevent further problems. In the future, I will call Paschal and request Greg for any further assistance. Way to go Greg, good job!!

Paschal is truly a one stop provider for home care! They installed my HVAC 2 years ago and last week managed to quote and install a new hot water heater in 2 days start to finish after my original busted and flooded my house. They truly make stressful situations much easier to manage. There was no pressure to choose the highest price package, and all work was done efficiently with no disruption to my family. Every tech we've had over the last 3 years has been great, and customer service from the office is amazing!!!

Was very pleased that Pashal Air was able to come out the same day I called. The technician was very polite and kept me informed of his arrival time. He seemed very knowledgeable, and explained my options for my air conditioner.

I ended up with sewer line issue, thinking about how good Pascal did on my AC unit so I gave them a call. They sent out Stetson as the lead technician. The man was great, professional & knowledgeable. They attacked the problem right away. No issues at all. The job was seamless. I would not hesitate to call them was most house related issues.

Had a burst exterior faucet and got some work scheduled. Admittedly I am less happy about being charged for “difficult access” when the crawl space has a service entrance 3 feet from the spigot. Like, what’s the criteria for that? Do I only get charged that $400 fee if they send a big technician?
Andy did a great job breaking down the repair and even humored my bad questions about discountable service with the plans they offer. Like installing a new faucet on my other building wouldn’t qualify but if it’s an appliance it counts.
So I’ll see if they could install a toilet in my yard just to get the discount. I’m sure the dogs would love it more than a drinking spigot set up anyways seeing as it’s their preferred method indoors as well.
All jokes aside; they provide good service that’s on time and worthwhile for the average homeowner.

Steffan and his co worker worked diligently to get some upgraded wiring installed for a pool pump. It wasn't easy but they made it look that way. They are knowledgeable, courteous, enjoy their job, and will answer any questions you have. They are honest and hard working. Call Paschal when you need quality service at a great prjce. They don't dilly dally..they get the job done as quickly as possible but quality comes first. I appreciate that. I have some other jobs in the future and will be calling them!
