I just had Paschal’s out to do a HVAC check-up and maintenance visit on my system. The Tech Austin, did a very thorough job on checking and maintaining everything and presented me with a very detailed list of recommendations on what it would take to keep my system up and running efficiently and increase the life of everything. I really want to commend Austin on his level of professionalism and follow-through in getting me this info., considering the fact that I was less then kind and very impatient at the end of the day. 5 stars to Austin on a job well done, 0 stars to myself for being a not great customer. Very appreciative of Paschal’s and their employees.

Whole experience was great. Had an overflow of water next to my furnace unit, I called late at night and spoke to the automated messaging system. Told me the first appt was not until next Monday so I got off the phone. Instantly next morning Stacy called and said she may be able to help out. Within 5 minutes the tech was scheduled. Logan Moss was awesome and knowledgeable about every question I bothered him with. He repaired the wiring issue with the float switch fast, found the drain that was clogged and offered multiple ways to keep it maintained for future instances. I then asked him to look into why my house was staying so warm even with $500+ electric bill. He climbed in the attic and found the root cause, then showed me what was causing it. He then offered multiple ways they could fix it. 10/10 experience and recommend this company highly.

Called this morning about an issue with the AC cooling. I was able to get an appointment for this afternoon. Ulises called when he was headed my way and gave me an ETA. He arrived as estimated, he began assessing the issue. He determined it was a relay in the outside unit and replaced it promptly. He then double check that everything was working to spec. He indicated that if the issue persists That I may need to control board d. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was performed.

I do not think at this time you would like any review of your company or Trane. I am 85 years old. It is 29 degrees outside and under 50 in my house. I have no heat! I have no heat! Thank God for electric blankets. I do have a gas fireplace but I don’t keep it on at night or when I am not at home. I will away this afternoon at a funeral. I had hoped and was given every indication that I would return late this afternoon to a warm abode. That ain’t happening and with the weather coming in, even if the part(?) comes in, you folks may not be able to get it to me, This just shows me what I get for my $18,000 system. WOW! That's how we felt when Tyler Briggs showed up to look at our A/C unit on Tuesday! We had left a message on the Paschal website on Monday night and there he was — what a relief! We had granddaughters over for a few nights and no air upstairs for them. Tyler found the problem and got the unit running temporarily for them. He then got parts ordered and today, Thursday, got the unit completely repaired. We have never had such an incredibly quick response time in all our years in the Hot Springs area! And he was so nice, too.
We've signed up for routine maintenance on our units at a very reasonable cost (we tried to set that up with other companies but they always forgot us!). Paschal will be our go-to from this time forward. I'll just add that this type of customer service is simply not found often. Thank you, Tyler & Paschal!

Nicolas is a very knowledgeable, sociable guy. It was a pleasure speaking with him and he did very thorough, concise work.

Several HVAC Companies came out including one who installed and welded a too small freon line to the unit which blew the Condenser an $1800 bill no fault of ours; because there was never a freon leak. Then a $12,000 estimate because now we needed a new unit! All happened because of a bad contractor who could not look at the unit and diagnose! They also removed and took with them the HVAC new filters which were installed and left it without filters. Another third HVAC rep came and wouldnt go into the crawl space; but immediately saw the plume wasnt connected to the unit from the hallway (other company never saw) and noticed the freon line was too small. This it was freezing up the unit and blew the condenser unit. He refused to touch the prior company’s bad work.
Next we Called Pascahl’s and he (Archie) arrived who diagnosed it in about 8-10 minutes. I went and put my hand on the vent. He put the plume back to where it belonged/attached and immediately we had AC that wasnt going under the house, but was now going through the vents.
Not a $12,000 fix and the $1800 fix is now going to cost me to pay Paschal’s. All over a unit that was under warranty and now is not…a bad HVAC company saying they fixed something—instead they damaged it.
I will just call Pascahl’s in the future and get it right the first time! Thank you Archie for diagnosing and recognizing the issue!

The AI agent failed to provide a link to a payment site. I eventually received an email with a payment link two days later. I think there are 56 choices for "services". Maybe get that down to a dozen or so. The installation went well and the system seems to be working fine now after a week.

The price was a little higher than I would have liked, but I truly believe you get what you pay for. The quality of the work and the service made it worth it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Paschal again, and I would definitely request Brandon. He did an excellent job, and I really appreciate him going above and beyond to get everything taken care of.

Please use Paschal Air, Plumbing and Electric. They do care about your situation. My A/C blower motor stop working. We called Paschal, they showed up within an hour of calling. JJ was the technician that showed up. He was excellent at communication, diagnosis and setting expectations of next steps. JJ was awesome at checking my unit for warranty coverage and explaining that process. My issue occurred on a Saturday, the part was ordered on Monday and repaired on Tuesday. I couldn't be happier with the turnaround time. Paschal went above and beyond for me. They earned a loyal customer. Please give them a chance if you need a trustworthy and reliable company for said repairs.

Our A/C went out and Casey hooked us up with a cooling tower and window unit so we can stay cool until they can get our new system installed. Casey was great!

The prices seemed a bit high. $89 service call to tell me it is cheaper to replace the ceiling fan/light fixture than repair it. And since replacement will be another service call, they can’t roll the service fee into the repair.

My AC went out on a record setting hot stretch..it was 105 when it went out and NO ONE could come that day. I had 3 appointments for the next day and would cancel 2 when i got a call from the first tech. ARCHIE from Paschal called at 740 the next morning and had me diagnosed and running almost immediately. He went up in the attic to check things up there, showed me a few things to watch, and buttoned things up outside. He educated me a bit. 5 star experience.

I have been a Paschal customer for several years. They are incredibly responsive, and I often get an appt the very next day. I have had HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical services through them. Today I am reviewing the plumbing services. We had an issue with a hot water heater leak. Plumber arrived and had issues with how it was to be repaired. The repair was completed, but the company called and just wanted to send out another plumber (no charge) the next day to double check that all was good. Russell Grimes came, did some minor rearranging of drain, etc to improve safety and efficiency. Explained everything he was doing and why. Walked us through everything. I cannot praise him highly enough and would gladly have him as my plumber for every future visit!! Thank you, Paschal for making sure everything was working well.

Very easy and quick to get an appointment scheduled for the same day. The tech communicated when they were an hour away and he arrived within the window given. Devon was friendly, prompt and helpful. He communicated clearly what was needed and got us taken care of quickly. Very fairly priced as well.

Chris and Bobby came in to give me a second opinion. First plumber said we'd need to replace all pipes under the tub. Chris and Bobby proved that the pipes were sound, then identified the new roof and a cracked tile as my sources of moisture infiltration. My roofer will fix one, and I'll fix the other myself.

In short, they saved me 1300 bucks, and made themselves next to nothing. They found a ton of stuff that would be good to work on, but basically resolved my emergency for free. This is my go to company now.

Bobby and Garrett did a great job replacing the shower cartridge in my bathroom. It was a big job and took quite a while. They left the bathroom clean and just the way they found it and now my faucet works better than it ever has!!! Very professional and knowledgeable!!!

When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. It's none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasn't good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.

Charley Westmoreland, came out today and did some work in the front yard. He did an excellent job. I would have given him a 10 star review if they had it. We have never had a such a good plumber before. We plan on asking for him from now own.

They’ve helped us repair a clogged drain two years in a row. This year, Jorge Diaz was our technician and spent almost two hours in 88 degrees inside repairing our HVAC unit. He was beyond kind, progressional, and went to a lot of work to ensure it was fixed for us to have air that day. He is the best of the best and would recommend to anyone! We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. When it was time to replace our old unit, we got multiple bids, and, in the end, we chose Walker AC & Heating (now Paschal Air). We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!
