Greg did a wonderful job of explaining our air conditionings failure and went into detail about the cost of fixing it and our options.

We just bought a house in the past year and we’ve constantly had a breaker tripping because when they built the house, they put every bedroom on the same breaker. We were worried how much it was going to be to fix that and had put off getting it fixed. Finally broke down and called Paschal, and I’m super glad we did! Hunter came out and was super friendly, let us know they could fix our issue without breaking the bank and we got it fixed super quick! He gave us a quote, explained everything, and then we scheduled with the office. Hunter and another person came and did the work even in this heat. I am super excited to report that our issue is now fixed and that Hunter was super friendly. We’d highly recommend them to our neighbors. We actually now have a plumbing issue and because Hunter and Paschal were so great, we are going to use Paschal to look into that issue now. It’s hard to move to a new state and have to find new companies to fix issues in our house, but we had great luck with Paschal and will keep using them for future needs.

Look more further! Our AC went out when it was 106 last week. I called past school, never spoke to a human which typically annoys me. However, it was by far and away the best AI experience I have ever had. It gave me four time lots that same day and told me the person who would be at my house and that they would call 15 minutes prior to your arrival I believe one was our technician, and he was so friendly and acknowledge. The company, everything about it, could not be more happy!

Zayn performed our yearly HVAC inspection. He did a fine job and let us know that there were a couple of areas we should consider having repaired in the near future. He also provided us with the cost of having our hot water tank flushed. We were very pleased with Zayn.

The crew did a great job moving the electrical for the new water heater, running new water lines, replacing a toilet, and installing new faucets. The crew was very professional and cleaned everything up at the end of the job.

I had a very positive experience with Harry from Paschal. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home throughout the service visit. He represented the company very well, and I hope management recognizes the quality of service he provides to customers.

I also want to mention one small issue that is completely outside of Harry's control. Paschal should consider providing its technicians with higher-quality shoe coverings. The ones provided to Harry began tearing within about the first 10 minutes of the visit. For technicians who are making an effort to protect customers' homes, they should be given equipment that can actually hold up throughout the appointment.

That is not a reflection on Harry at all—he was doing exactly what he was supposed to do with the supplies he was given. Providing the technicians with better-quality shoe covers would help them maintain the professional standard they are clearly trying to provide.

My AC went out on a record setting hot stretch..it was 105 when it went out and NO ONE could come that day. I had 3 appointments for the next day and would cancel 2 when i got a call from the first tech. ARCHIE from Paschal called at 740 the next morning and had me diagnosed and running almost immediately. He went up in the attic to check things up there, showed me a few things to watch, and buttoned things up outside. He educated me a bit. 5 star experience.

Paschal is truly a one stop provider for home care! They installed my HVAC 2 years ago and last week managed to quote and install a new hot water heater in 2 days start to finish after my original busted and flooded my house. After two really bad experiences with another well-known Arkansas company, they were a breath of fresh air.

Back in December 2025 (below freezing temperatures) I had multiple issues with plumbing/septic and a main water line break, Andrew Cousins came out several times for each repair and was very professional and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing/septic, he also helped me with propane heater as well as water heater. August 12, 2026 during HEAT wave, Chase Norwood came out to fix the air conditioner, just a couple hours after I called same day. Very professional and would recommend him to anyone.

I felt complete confidence in Zachery’s
competencies in diagnosing my ac problems. He even talked with the manufacturer’s technical line for about 30 minutes to verify the solution at my request.

Matthew called to let me know, he was headed this way and to get an idea on what my electrical issues were that I was having. Matthew was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me what was going on with my beakers and a few different ways that we can fix my issue. We will get that scheduled and have him back out to complete the project.

Ulises Mendez (from Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric) did an excellent job servicing our AC & furnace yesterday.

My Paschal technician was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He fixed my plumbing issue, gave me options on other things I might want to do (with no pressure), and since I had signed up for a service contract, performed one of the free service calls I get each year on the same trip to my home. This is fabulous service.

My experience was great. Our tech even got our one yr old unit working better,

AC unit quit working while on vacating. We discovered this upon arriving home and immediately called Paschals at 7pm on a Friday night. They scheduled us for the next morning. Matthew arrived as scheduled and reviewed our situation. He quuckly diagnosed the problem, presented the options including pricing and we signed off on the repair. After installing a new condenser motor he informed us that we would not necessarily need to add additional freon which saved us a substantial amount. My technician Corey was so nice, professional, tried to reassure me about my situation and explained everything that was wrong, what we needed to fix it and also found a potential problem with my water heater, I felt safe with Corey in my home, as I've had some experiences in the past that people were unethical. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paschal, their office manager called to check on me and see if I was being taken care of and scheduled repairs .

We had some electrical work done and the techs were professional and very friendly, they even found a solution that didn't involve cutting into the drywall.

Weston and Dakota did a GREAT job yesterday. We had clogged pipes for our black water tanks on our boat. They diagnosed the issue, removed the old pipes, designed a better system and installed it. They went above and beyond using plastic to prevent damage, used a wet vac to ensure minimal spillage and installed new pipes with clean outs. Very impressive.

My first interaction with this company and I’m very pleased, especially with their technician, Jared, who did the inspection and service. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions!

I was having a terrible day on the hottest day of the year when my A/C broke down. I called Paschal around 6:00 p.m., and they had a technician at my house by 8:00 the next morning.

Ulises made a stressful situation quick and painless. He found the problem almost immediately a part had blown on my outdoor unit and had it repaired in no time. The cost was also much more reasonable than I was expecting.

Ulises is an outstanding technician, and the ladies in the office were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent.

The notifications they give before and after a technician arrives are outstanding, a huge help in scheduling! Lucas and his coworker are great, knocked the plumbing out in the hot attic and made short work of the drop from the soffit. Kory works steady and detailed, his work is of outstanding quality. We are grateful to have A/C upstairs again, but we were disappointed in the apparent sloppiness of the techs. Disappointing when you spend that much money and the workmen apparently can't clean up after themselves. What we are impressed with is the swift and professional handling of our complaint. Chris Johnson, Install Manager, called immediately upon reading our unhappy review. He apologized and assured us that the techs had been reprimanded and retrained on their expectations for customers and their property. Their aim is to leave a job site even better than they found it. The A/C is performing as expected, for which we are thankful during this week of heat advisories. We appreciate the followup, which is in line with our experience with Paschal at every other stage of evaluation, financing and estimate.

I had an appointment with a local plumber to fix a problem with my washer backing up and flooding the garage and they call to reschedule twice, I looked for another company found Paschal and they were able to come out same day. I had someone come out previously to try and fix it but they weren’t able to but Gage spent the time to find it and fix it and now I can do laundry again without worrying about gray water backing up in the garage and pantry. He was very professional, talked me through everything he was doing and gave me a cost breakdown before starting. Thank you.

I have been a Paschal customer for several years. They are incredibly responsive, and I often get an appt the very next day. I have had HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical services through them. Today I am reviewing the plumbing services. We had an issue with a hot water heater leak. Plumber arrived and had issues with how it was to be repaired. The repair was completed, but the company called and just wanted to send out another plumber (no charge) the next day to double check that all was good. Russell Grimes came, did some minor rearranging of drain, etc to improve safety and efficiency. Explained everything he was doing and why. Walked us through everything. I cannot praise him highly enough and would gladly have him as my plumber for every future visit!! Thank you, Paschal for making sure everything was working well.

Very easy and quick to get an appointment scheduled for the same day. The tech communicated when they were an hour away and he arrived within the window given. Devon was friendly, prompt and helpful. He communicated clearly what was needed and got us taken care of quickly. Very fairly priced as well.

Chris and Bobby came in to give me a second opinion. First plumber said we'd need to replace all pipes under the tub. Chris and Bobby proved that the pipes were sound, then identified the new roof and a cracked tile as my sources of moisture infiltration. My roofer will fix one, and I'll fix the other myself.

In short, they saved me 1300 bucks, and made themselves next to nothing. They found a ton of stuff that would be good to work on, but basically resolved my emergency for free. This is my go to company now.

Bobby and Garrett did a great job replacing the shower cartridge in my bathroom. It was a big job and took quite a while. They left the bathroom clean and just the way they found it and now my faucet works better than it ever has!!! Very professional and knowledgeable!!!

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. It's none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasn't good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.

Charley Westmoreland, came out today and did some work in the front yard. He did an excellent job. I would have given him a 10 star review if they had it. We have never had a such a good plumber before. We plan on asking for him from now own.

They’ve helped us repair a clogged drain two years in a row. This year, Jorge Diaz was our technician and spent almost two hours in 88 degrees inside repairing our HVAC unit. He was beyond kind, progressional, and went to a lot of work to ensure it was fixed for us to have air that day. He is the best of the best and would recommend to anyone! We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. When it was time to replace our old unit, we got multiple bids, and, in the end, we chose Walker AC & Heating (now Paschal Air). Mark and Cory thoroughly discussed our needs and designed a system adding new returns and improved duct paths. The new system is extremely quiet and energy efficient. We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

On the same day as the deep freeze hit Texas, I found out my sister in Azle had no heat. I live out of state so checked yelp and Google, chose Straight Shooter for all the 5 star reviews. I couldn't wait to leave them another one!

I called and spoke with Donna who is the kindest person, so helpful and scheduled my sister for same day with no emergency upcharge! She even offered to take her a space heater to use while she waited for the technician. Such an angel!

Luke came to check out the unit and was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Found the immediate problem and gave us some options on prices and timing. He was very thorough in his inspection and recommendations for maintenance and proper use instructions. It was after 10pm when he left my sisters house, warm and cozy.

Exceptional!! A/C went out. Graciously got someone out same day. Caleb was able to temporarily fix my a/c. And then found the products I needed and came out next day to install a brand new unit. Today I contacted Straight Shooter to check on our A/C units because they aren’t working well. Michael was at our house within a couple of hours. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He has been in the industry for 20 years. When Michael was finished with his assessment we met with Patti to go over options and pricing. She was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. We are purchasing two new units and they will be installed in a few days. Straight shooter will shoot you straight! Highly recommend them!
