Logan came out and performed the regular maintenance. He was highly professional and efficient, little interruption to my schedule.

Everything was done quickly and on the same day I made the call. We couldn't be happier with the service.

Several HVAC Companies came out including one who installed and welded a too small freon line to the unit which blew the Condenser an $1800 bill no fault of ours; because there was never a freon leak. Then a $12,000 estimate because now we needed a new unit! All happened because of a bad contractor who could not look at the unit and diagnose! They also removed and took with them the HVAC new filters which were installed and left it without filters. Another third HVAC rep came and wouldnt go into the crawl space; but immediately saw the plume wasnt connected to the unit from the hallway (other company never saw) and noticed the freon line was too small. This it was freezing up the unit and blew the condenser unit. He refused to touch the prior company’s bad work.
Next we Called Pascahl’s and he (Archie) arrived who diagnosed it in about 8-10 minutes. I went and put my hand on the vent. He put the plume back to where it belonged/attached and immediately we had AC that wasnt going under the house, but was now going through the vents.
Not a $12,000 fix and the $1800 fix is now going to cost me to pay Paschal’s. All over a unit that was under warranty and now is not…a bad HVAC company saying they fixed something—instead they damaged it.
I will just call Pascahl’s in the future and get it right the first time! Thank you Archie for diagnosing and recognizing the issue!

Prices I've been quoted seem high to me, but I really don't know what other companies charge... they have an option to sign up for membership, which I did, And that reduced the cost 10%.

Paschal is excellent. When my water heater went out I first called another company and was told it was a two week wait, of course I can’t wait two weeks for hot water so I called Paschal. They had someone out the next morning and replaced the water heater the same day. Prices were fair and the quality of work and professionalism was excellent. They also installed a mini split in my garage a couple years ago and that was a great experience as well. Highly recommend them for any of your needs.

Justin from Paschal came out to service our HVAC. Every part of our interaction was impressive- I trust him. He called in advance- showed up at the start of our arranged window- methodically inspected the whole system and took the time to answer any questions (which I had as it was the system in the home when we purchased) and diagnosed the clogged condensate line and thoroughly cleaned it. He also installed a preventative strip that he explained to me. It was close to a two hour stop and it was of such quality I will strongly consider Trane (the brand they sell at Paschal) when it is time to replace so I could keep that level of service. Yesterday, Corey Eoff came and evaluated my shower, sink, and garbage disposal. He gave me an estimate for the work to be done and we scheduled the next day for service.
Today, Rick Lawson and Dustin Badgett came and did the installation. All three of these men were exceptional! They were very professional, courteous, answered all my questions patiently, explained everything they were doing step-by-step. They also took the time to explain how to use these new things. They also told me to not hesitate to contact them with any issues. They were very tidy. Used floor coverings and shoe covers to not track in any dirt or mud from the rain.
I felt confident in their abilities and this brought a lot of peace of mind.

My A/C decided to quit on me…
Pascal employee, Mr. Kolby, arrived on scheduled time. He went into the attic to check my A/C, found the problem and explained what part was needed. He will return to when the replacement comes in. Meanwhile he managed to get it running until he returns. I’m happy with his service and politeness, I’d recommend their company to anyone needing services and repairs. Mr. Kolby also took care of my smoke alarm while he was here!

Bother young men, Matthew and Hunter were very professional, and did a great job! I’m disabled and had to be in bed, and they put me right at ease and as took care of the task at hand. They should be commended! You don’t see that often anymore. I was very pleased!

Ulises called prior to arrival and arrived at the expected time and conducted his inspection of both heat pumps outside and both air handlers inside over the course of almost two hours.

The air was not working correctly in 100 degree heat. They were there within 2 hours. Communication was great and Zach went above and beyond. Will definitely call them next time!

I just had Paschal’s out to do a HVAC check-up and maintenance visit on my system. The Tech Austin, did a very thorough job on checking and maintaining everything and presented me with a very detailed list of recommendations on what it would take to keep my system up and running efficiently and increase the life of everything. I really want to commend Austin on his level of professionalism and follow-through in getting me this info., considering the fact that I was less then kind and very impatient at the end of the day. 5 stars to Austin on a job well done, 0 stars to myself for being a not great customer. Very appreciative of Paschal’s and their employees.

Whole experience was great. Had an overflow of water next to my furnace unit, I called late at night and spoke to the automated messaging system. Told me the first appt was not until next Monday so I got off the phone. Instantly next morning Stacy called and said she may be able to help out. Within 5 minutes the tech was scheduled. Logan Moss was awesome and knowledgeable about every question I bothered him with. He repaired the wiring issue with the float switch fast, found the drain that was clogged and offered multiple ways to keep it maintained for future instances. I then asked him to look into why my house was staying so warm even with $500+ electric bill. He climbed in the attic and found the root cause, then showed me what was causing it. He then offered multiple ways they could fix it. 10/10 experience and recommend this company highly.

Called this morning about an issue with the AC cooling. I was able to get an appointment for this afternoon. Ulises called when he was headed my way and gave me an ETA. He arrived as estimated, he began assessing the issue. He determined it was a relay in the outside unit and replaced it promptly. He then double check that everything was working to spec. He indicated that if the issue persists That I may need to control board d. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was performed.

Please use Paschal Air, Plumbing and Electric. They do care about your situation. My A/C blower motor stop working. We called Paschal, they showed up within an hour of calling. JJ was the technician that showed up. He was excellent at communication, diagnosis and setting expectations of next steps. JJ was awesome at checking my unit for warranty coverage and explaining that process. My issue occurred on a Saturday, the part was ordered on Monday and repaired on Tuesday. I couldn't be happier with the turnaround time. Paschal went above and beyond for me. They earned a loyal customer. Please give them a chance if you need a trustworthy and reliable company for said repairs.

Our A/C went out and Casey hooked us up with a cooling tower and window unit so we can stay cool until they can get our new system installed. Casey was great!

Troy was good to work with. This is a company though so prices were high and wiggle room was zero. The prices seemed a bit high. $89 service call to tell me it is cheaper to replace the ceiling fan/light fixture than repair it. And since replacement will be another service call, they can’t roll the service fee into the repair.

I have been a Paschal customer for several years. They are incredibly responsive, and I often get an appt the very next day. I have had HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical services through them. Today I am reviewing the plumbing services. We had an issue with a hot water heater leak. Plumber arrived and had issues with how it was to be repaired. The repair was completed, but the company called and just wanted to send out another plumber (no charge) the next day to double check that all was good. Russell Grimes came, did some minor rearranging of drain, etc to improve safety and efficiency. Explained everything he was doing and why. Walked us through everything. I cannot praise him highly enough and would gladly have him as my plumber for every future visit!! Thank you, Paschal for making sure everything was working well.

Chris and Bobby proved that the pipes were sound, then identified the new roof and a cracked tile as my sources of moisture infiltration. My roofer will fix one, and I'll fix the other myself.

In short, they saved me 1300 bucks, and made themselves next to nothing. They found a ton of stuff that would be good to work on, but basically resolved my emergency for free. This is my go to company now.

Bobby and Garrett did a great job replacing the shower cartridge in my bathroom. It was a big job and took quite a while. They left the bathroom clean and just the way they found it and now my faucet works better than it ever has!!! Very professional and knowledgeable!!!

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. It's none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasn't good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.

Charley Westmoreland, came out today and did some work in the front yard. He did an excellent job. I would have given him a 10 star review if they had it. We have never had a such a good plumber before. We plan on asking for him from now own.

We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Samier Martinez did an excellent job. He informed me when he was on his way to my home, was on time, answered my questions and did his work professionally. I appreciate his service.

Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.
